2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Hong Kong: 2–5 business days

    • Asia: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–10 business days

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide 🌍.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your package directly via the courier’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted countries as defined by international trade regulations.

  • Some oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for international shipping.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the courier, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
